Effective Date: December 12, 2025

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 17322518 CANADA INC. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. What Data Leaves Your Device (and Why)

We send only the data needed to provide and improve the Service. Unless noted, items are linked to your account through your email and name to operate your workspace and support you.

  • Account and access: email, name, and basic profile for sign-in, sync, and subscriptions.
  • Content and files: notes, journal entries, voice uploads, transcriptions, and attachments for storage and recall.
  • Voice transcription: audio uploads are sent to speech-to-text processors; key terms from your content may be used to improve accuracy.
  • Derived representations: summaries, entities, embeddings, and related text that power search, recall, and context features; stored with your account until you delete them.
  • AI features: text derived from your content is sent to AI processors to generate contextual replies and recommendations.
  • Analytics and diagnostics: feature usage, search lengths, notification opens, paywall actions, performance data, crash reports, device model, OS version, app version, timezone, and locale—linked to your account for troubleshooting and improvements.
  • Push notifications: device push tokens plus device model, OS version, timezone, and locale to deliver notifications reliably.
  • Telemetry relays: limited in-app telemetry (such as notification opens) may be forwarded to internal operations channels to monitor delivery.
  • Hosting, storage, and backups: account data, files, and derived data are stored on managed cloud infrastructure for reliability and recovery.
